Susan opened the meeting at 1pm.

Marcia made the motion to make Ted Lambert the assistant Treasurer. Gary seconded it. The motion passed unanimously.

Jason reminded the Directors that Tim Sargent was already the assistant secretary so he can sign forms already.

Mary made the motion for Becky Gonyea to be a Morrisville Rotary Member. Ted seconded it. The motion passed unanimously.
