Morrisville Rotary Club

Present: Susan Bartlett, Tim Sargent, Ted Lambert, Marci Henderson, Gary Nolan, and Mary Metcalf.

For the purpose of conducting business transactions with Ameriprise Financial, Gary Nolan made a motion to authorize any two of the following persons:
Susan Bartlett: President,
Tim Sargent: VP & Sec,
Ted Lambert Jr: Asst Treasurer,
Marci Henderson: 2nd asst treasurer,
to sign for the Morrisville Rotary Club. The motion was seconded by Mary Metcalf. It passed by unanimously.

Tim Sargent made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Mary Metcalf. The motion passed unanimously.
